These items may be used for Personal or Commercial Usage.

You just can't sell them as is, or chop 'em up to sell, or share them, or claim them and all those things you know you aren't supposed to do.

If you sell finished printed products as long as they are personalized your good.

If you make digital products using the Graphics, Text Boxes or those type of elements, as long as they are in a locked graphic format so that the elements can not be removed, you are fine.
(Example png/jpg files are good...cwr/psd/psp and such are NOT)

Credits are NOT REQUIRED, unless of course you want to.

You MAY remove the Wrapperville or Teddywrappers credits and put your own.

BUT...if there are GRAPHIC credits on the wrapper, you should leave those there to satisfy the terms from the GRAPHICS artists used on the wrapper.

** Designs can not be used on Cafepress and such due to the license agreements of the individual graphic artists.
Virtually all of the graphic artists now restrict THEIR terms for use of their art, even within a design, and can not be used on Cafepress and such. **
